These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through silipano.com (“Silipano”), an online retail store owned and operated by Qingdao Yuding Yunfan Technology Co., Ltd.

By placing an order through silipano.com, you enter into a purchase transaction with Qingdao Yuding Yunfan Technology Co., Ltd., subject to these Terms and the policies published on our website.

You may place an order only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you, or if you are acting with appropriate authorization where required.

If a material error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and refund any applicable payment.

Orders and Acceptance

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean that fulfillment has been completed or that every product remains available.

We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unavailable products, or unlawful activity.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payment

Orders are subject to payment authorization, verification, and fraud-prevention review by the applicable payment providers and financial institutions.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard delivery generally takes approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Eligible orders of US$29 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping charges for eligible orders below US$29 are shown during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs for eligible preference-based returns.

Approved claims concerning damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed products will be handled with an appropriate solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days after an eligible returned item has been received and inspected.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an order change or cancellation.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, coupon codes, discounts, free-shipping offers, and other offers may be subject to eligibility conditions, minimum purchase amounts, expiration dates, product exclusions, or usage restrictions.
