Available payment options may vary depending on your location, selected currency, device, and the payment services available at the time of purchase.

Payment Authorization

All orders are subject to payment authorization, verification, and fraud-prevention review.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may:

• Decline a transaction
• Place a temporary authorization hold
• Require additional processing time

These authorization decisions and processing periods are controlled by the applicable payment provider or financial institution.

Secure Checkout

Silipano operates its ecommerce store using Shopify.

Checkout and payment transactions are processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers using security measures intended to protect transaction information.

Silipano does not require customers to send complete payment-card details to our customer-service email.

No online transmission or electronic processing method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should use trusted devices, updated browsers, and secure networks when completing purchases.

Prices and Order Charges

Product prices, applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, and the final order total will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

Orders of US$29 or more qualify for free standard shipping where eligible under our Shipping Policy.

For eligible orders below US$29, applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

Currency and Bank Charges

Depending on your payment method and financial institution, your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion fees, foreign-transaction fees, or other financial charges.

These charges are determined by the applicable financial institution and are not controlled by Silipano.

Payment Issues

If your payment is declined, please check that:

• Your payment information has been entered correctly
• Your billing information matches your financial institution's records
• Sufficient funds or available credit are present
• Any additional verification requested by your payment provider has been completed

Discount Codes

Where a discount code is offered, it must generally be entered before checkout is completed.

Any expiration date, minimum purchase requirement, product restriction, or other eligibility condition will be stated with the applicable promotion where relevant.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to a completed order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are generally issued within 5–10 business days after an eligible returned item has been received and inspected.

Your financial institution may require additional time to display the refund after we have issued it.
